Well+Good TALKS: From Home Gyms to Home-Cooked Meals: How Our Four Walls Have Become Our Entire Wellness Worlds – The Very Thought Of It!

Overnight our living spaces quickly transformed into our offices, gyms, salons, daycare centers, coffee shops, restaurants…the center of all parts of our life. And our wellness. Our panel of experts will discuss how the home became our number one wellness hotspot, plus share tips for “wellifying” your space to make it as soothing as possible.

For this W+G TALK, every dollar raised will be donated to Habitat For Humanity, a nonprofit organization that helps families build and improve places to call home.
